Mr. Maycock is a seasoned executive with many years of experience developing and growing businesses, both as a hands-on leader and as a consultant.
As founding CEO of Photon Systems Corp., he grew the business to $20 million in revenues and 50 employees.
In addition to his experience founding and managing companies, he has served as a director and chair of several companies in the manufacturing and services industries.
Mr. Maycock earned an honours degree in engineering from Imperial College, University of London and is registered as C.Eng.
(UK) and Eur.Ing..
He was awarded the Canada Award for Excellence in the category of Innovation and the Science Council of BC award for Industry/University liaison.
