He was also the President & Chief Executive Officer at The Roosevelt Institute in 2007.
Additionally, he held the position of Chairman at Saba Capital Income & Opportunities Fund from 2014 to 2020.
Prior to that, he was the Director at The Mark Twain House & Museum from 2006 to 2006.
Mr. Boyer received a graduate degree from Princeton University and an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
