James Lucci

Mr. Lucci worked at CIT as a Managing Director from February 2005 to December 2008.
Before that, he was a Managing Director and co-founder of Stifel Nicolaus from 2003 to 2004.
He was a Director at Salomon Smith Barney from 2000 to 2002.
He also served as a Director at Citigroup from 2000 to 2002.
From 1992 to 1993, he was an Associate at Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Lucci received a JD from University of Chicago Law School in 1990.
He received a BA degree in Economics from College of the Holy Cross in 1986.
