Mr. James L.
Hobbs is a Senior Manager of Investment Strategies at NISA Investment Advisors LLC.
He is a member of the team that develops proprietary financial modeling and engineering tools used throughout NISA. He also supports NISA’s Strategic Portfolio Management Group which is charged with maintaining hedge strategies including completion portfolios.
