James D. Hutter

Prior to joining JPMorgan Partners in 2002, Mr. Hutter was a Senior Vice President responsible for Corporate Reporting at JPMorgan.
Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Chase Securities.
Prior to that, Mr. Hutter served as Senior Vice President at Chemical Bank and worked in the audit, tax, healthcare consulting and technical advisory group at Price Waterhouse.
He is a member of the AICPA, PICPA, the Securities Industry Association, a Series 27 Finance and Operations Principle and a member of a private equity industry reporting standards group.
Mr. Hutter received a B.S.
from the Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
