Investments range from $1 million to $10 million. For their private equity investments, the firm focuses on investments in the US, Europe, Canada, Asia and Australia. They look for companies with clearly defined exit strategies. Their investment horizon is 3 to 7 years. TD Capital usually leads or co-leads transactions, but they also co-invest with other strong sponsors.
