In 1986, she co-founded Investment Advisors of Key Biscayne, which later became Biscayne Advisors, and served as President of the firm until 2000 and Chief Investment Officer until 2004.
Her extensive investment management career includes tenures as Senior Vice President and Senior Investment Officer of a trust division of a multi-state regional bank and as President of a state bank’s investment management subsidiary.
She received her Bachelor of Science from Belhaven College, and graduated with honors from Northwestern University’s National Graduate Trust School, sponsored by the Trust Division of the American Bankers Association, earning a C.F.S.C.
designation.
Ernestine is active in community groups and committees in Key Biscayne, and is Past President of Key Biscayne’s Community Theatre.
