Donald Pifer

Donald Pifer is Vice President of Network Management for Carolina Care Plan, Inc. He joined Carolina Care Plan in 1997.
Mr. Pifer is a Member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American College of Healthcare Executives and the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of South.
