Dr. Brian Prucyk is a Head of Fixed Income Systematic & Applied Research at Allspring Global Investments LLC.
He joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM).
He has been involved in numerous projects within the firm, ranging from liability-driven investing and index creation to optimization and credit spread modeling.
Before WFAM, Dr. Prucyk was at Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation.
Prior to that, he was an assistant professor of finance at Marquette University.
Dr. Prucyk began his investment industry career in 2006.
He earned bachelor's degrees in economics and finance from the University of Manitoba and a Ph.D.
in finance from the University of Texas, Austin.
