Andrew Stern

Andrew Stern is a senior advisor at PSG Equity.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Togetherwork Holdings LLC, where he created and ran a high-velocity M&A program, acquiring over 25 companies in under three years to create the leader in group member management and payments.
Togetherwork had a hugely successful exit for Aquiline Capital Partners and is currently a notable portfolio company at GI Partners.
Prior to Togetherwork, Andrew ran global corporate development for F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV).
During his tenure on the F5 management team, the company grew annual revenue from $170 million to over $2 billion, operating margin from 15% to nearly 40%, and stock appreciation of over 800%.
Andrew received a bachelor of arts from Princeton University, with a concentration in international policy from the School of Public and International Affairs (formerly the Woodrow Wilson School).
He received a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
