Andrew McKee

Mr. Andrew McKee is Co-Founder & General Partner at Webster Capital Ltd. Prior to co-founding Webster Capital in 2002, Mr. McKee previously served as Chairman and Founder of Vacation.com, a provider of technology and marketing services through a national network of 8,800 member travel agencies.
Vacation.com raised capital from institutional investors, acquired nine separate businesses and became the dominant player in utilizing the Internet to provide business services to the travel industry.
It was sold to Amadeus, the largest travel technology provider in the world.
Mr. McKee has been an entrepreneur, operating executive and principal in a number of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
His operating experience includes the conceiving of and implementation of several new business concepts, as well as involvement in several acquisitions and turnarounds.
His strengths are in marketing, business development, mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy.
Mr. McKee was educated at Hamilton College and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Sundance Holdings and Comfort Keepers.
