They focus on firms in the Netherlands and neighboring countries with ambitious management, leading market or niche positions, robust profits and an enterprise value ranging from EUR 25-150 million. The firm considers themselves a strategic partner aligned with the management team and, in general, holds their investments between four and seven years. They typically invest as a majority shareholder or take a significant minority holding.
