ITIC is an active manager which invests in innovative unlisted technology companies in a range of sectors including bandwidth improving software and hardware, multimedia application over Internet, Internet security, Internet infrastructure enabling technology, wireless information appliance, opto-electronics display, health care, medical devices and instruments and new energy. They invest primarily in Taiwan, but also invest in selected international areas such as the US, Canada and Israel. While the firm has historically focused on investing through in-house capital, they now extend their investment business to venture capital fund operations. They invest in all stages of a company's growth, although more in early-stage companies, seeking to add value to their investee companies by leveraging the resources of ITRI, incubating promising venture ideas, creating synergy among investee companies and co-investing with strategic partners.

Infinity Equity Capital invests in companies located in Israel and China. The firm targets companies operating across a broad range of sectors and industries. It participates in growth stage capital transactions.
