Alan Savage

Alan Clyde Savage was the founder of Imperial Metals Corp.
(founded in 1978), where he held the titles of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director from 1978 to 1986.
He was also the founder of Southern Gold Resources Ltd. (founded in 1981), where he served as President from 1981 to 2017.
Additionally, he founded Lonsdale Capital Corp.
in 2017 and currently holds the title of President.
In addition to his founding positions, Mr. Savage has held former job positions.
He was Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Doublestar Resources Ltd. He served as Chairman of Prime Mining Corp.
from 2016 to 2019.
He was a Director of NorZinc Ltd. from 2003 to 2009.
He also served as a Director of EACOM Timber Corp.
from 2008 to 2010 and Redtail Metals Corp.
from 2004 to 2009.
He was an Independent Director of Sable Resources Ltd. from 2011 to 2012.
Mr. Savage has also held positions as a Director in Epicore BioNetworks, Inc., Consolidated Van Anda Gold Ltd., RSI International Systems, Inc., and Pacgen Life Science Corp.
He served as Chief Financial Officer & Director of Departure Bay Capital Corp.
He is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer & Director of Innovotech, Inc. since 2018.
He was also President of New Canamin Resources Ltd.
