Adam Holtby

Mr. Adam Holtby is a Principal Analyst at Ovum Europe Ltd. His research focuses on understanding and analyzing how work evolves in response to changing employee demands and business transformation priorities.
Prior to joining Ovum, he gained experience in the IT industry as a service desk analyst for an IT and telecommunications provider.
He was part of a team responsible for the support of over 1,200 internal employees using a wide variety of systems, giving Adam an excellent grounding in the service desk requirements of IT service management software and the business benefits that can be gained from effective deployment and use of this software.
