Zoe Vassiliou

Ms. Zoe Vassiliou is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Kiriacoulis Mediterranean Cruises Shipping SA and a Senior Financial Analyst at Valuation & Research Specialists (VRS).
She is equipped with over 20 years experience in analyzing and valuing listed and non-listed companies in a wide range of business sectors in Greece, while working as a Senior Financial Analyst in large security firms in Greece.
Ms. Vassiliou has also served as a member of the Investment Committee at the Hellenic Pension Mutual Fund Management Company.
From 2009 to 2011 she worked as a Special Adviser to the Minister of Economy, Competitiveness and Shipping and later to the Minister of Labor & Social Security.
Ms. Vassiliou was previously employed as an Independent Non-Executive Director by United Textiles SA and a Head-Analysis Department by Fasma Securities SA and Omega Securities SA. She received her undergraduate degree from National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
