Zhen Jun Zi

Zhen Jun Zi was the founder of Venus Medtech (Hangzhou), Inc., established in 2009, where he held the title of Executive Director & General Manager from 2012 to 2023.
He was also the founder of Hangzhou Nuocheng Medical Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2017, where he served as the General Manager.
Currently, Mr. Zi holds the position of Director at Broncus Medical, Inc. and Director at Human Xtensions Ltd., both of which are ongoing roles.
In the past, he worked as a Director at Uptake Medical Corp.
and as the Director-Business Development & Strategic Planning at LifeTech Scientific Corp.
from 2003 to 2011.
Additionally, he served as a Non-Executive Director at Broncus Holding Corp.
from 2014 to 2024.
Mr. Zi completed his graduate degree from Hefei University of Technology in 1998.
