William Gaston Caperton is currently the Chairman of The Caperton Group, Director of Energy Corporation of America, and Director of BrickStreet Mutual Insurance Co. He previously served as Chairman of the Appalachian Regional Commission, The Democratic Governors Association, Southern Regional Education Board, and Southern Growth Policies Board.
He was also the Governor of West Virginia from 1989 to 1996.
