Viljar Arakas

Mr. Viljar Arakas is a Chairman of the Management Board at EfTEN Capital AS and a Member-Management Board at EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS.
He is on the Board of Directors at Magistral Kaubanduskeskuse OÜ and Coop Pank AS.
Before putting together the team of EfTEN Capital, Mr. Arakas was the Chairman of the Board of Arco Vara AS.
From 2000 to 2002 he was the Chairman of the Board of OÜ Haagisekeskus and from 1999 to 2002 the Chairman of the Board of AS Arco Transport.
From 1998 to 2001 he worked as a Project Manager in AS Arco Transport.
In addition, from 2007 to 2011 member of the supervisory board of Tallinna Lennujaam and from 2011 to 2012 Chairman of the supervisory board of Estonian Railways.
He studied telecommunications in Tallinn Polytechnic School and after graduation in 1999 he went on to study business administration in Estonian Business School, which he graduated in 2003.
After graduation he continued his education in Hogeschool NOVI in Netherlands in 2002-2003 and graduated with double major.
