Tracy Hutt

Mrs. Tracy Hutt is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of P4G.
Mrs. Hutt provides all management company and fund reporting, manages P4G’s compliance function and is responsible for P4G's third party fund administration, tax and audit professionals.
Mrs. Hutt has over 18 years of private equity experience.
She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then served for 5 years in the Alternative Investment Solutions team of Mourant Fund Services/State Street Bank.
Mrs. Hutt specialized on fund management, accounting and compliance services for Private Equity funds and brings with her to P4G 8 years of experience as Private Equity CFO having worked with EverStream Energy Capital Management and Partnership Capital Growth.
Earlier in her career, Mrs. Hutt served as a Portfolio Accounting Manager for Blum Capital Partners.
Mrs. Hutt is a CPA in the state of California and holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Florida.
