Steven Davidson

Mr. Steven Davidson is Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Quadrangle Group LLC.
Prior to joining Quadrangle in 2008, Mr. Davidson was a Managing Director at Mourant Limited, responsible for opening the firm's first U.S.
office and managing all aspects of the U.S.
business including client acquisition, staff recruitment, service delivery, internal management and client relationship management.
Prior to Mourant, he was a Vice President at BISYS Private Equity Services and a Vice President with JP Morgan Private Bank.
Mr. Davidson started his career at Coopers & Lybrand, where he worked as an Audit Manager in both their New York and Tokyo offices.
Mr. Davidson received a B.S.
in economics with an accounting concentration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
