Calaman is Chief Compliance Officer & Vice President at Evercore Trust Co. She is responsible for compliance and risk management oversight including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Calaman was a Vice President and Compliance Officer at Goldman, Sachs & Co., serving as the Chief Compliance and Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Officer for The Goldman Sachs Trust Company, N.A. and The Goldman Sachs Trust Company of Delaware.
From 1998 to 2005, Ms. Calaman had progressively responsible positions at Morgan Stanley Trust, ultimately serving as the Chief Compliance and Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Officer for Morgan Stanley Trust, FSB and Morgan Stanley Trust, N.A. She holds a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certification from the Institute of Certified Bankers and a Certified Fiduciary & Investment Risk Specialist designation from the Cannon Financial Institute.
Ms. Calaman received her B.A. in Latin American Studies from Brown University in 1988 and a J.D.
from St. John's University School of Law in 1998.
