Richard Jay Perez

Mr. Rick Perez is a Principal at StormHarbour Securities LP.
He joined StormHarbour in 2009.
He has several years experience in the financial services industry and spent the past 14 years at JP Morgan.
Most recently, he was a Vice President in the Structured Products Group where his responsibilities included originating, structuring, negotiating and executing complex non-mortgage ABS transactions that were distributed in the global capital markets.
Before JP Morgan, he was an origination specialist working on the North America Asset Backed Securities & Conduits team and focused on executing deals for a broad array of frequent issuers in the student loan, credit card, auto, equipment and esoteric asset space.
He began his career in the Business Advisory Services group at Arthur Andersen and spent 2 years planning and supervising audit engagements for public and private companies.
Mr. Perez received a BSc in Accounting from the State University of NY at Albany.
