Philip Riley Sharp

Philip Riley Sharp served as the Chairman of the National Commission on Energy Policy.
He was also a Director at Cinergy Corp.
from 1995 to 2006 and at Distributed Energy Systems Corp.
He served as an Independent Director at Duke Energy Corp.
from 2011 to 2014 and as a Director at Spectra Energy Canada Exchangeco, Inc. Additionally, he was the President of Resources for the Future, Inc. from 2005 to 2011.
Sharp received his undergraduate and doctorate degrees from Georgetown University.
