Nicole France

Ms. France is a principal analyst in Gartner Research, where she is part of the Services & Sourcing EMEA team.
Her primary research area is IT services companies, analyzing their capabilities, operational issues and market opportunities.
Ms. France focuses on several areas, among them consultants and systems integrators, professional services for enterprise applications (including ERP and CRM), and changing business models in the IT services industry.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. France was a senior analyst in G2R's Consulting and Systems Integration practice.
Before that, Ms. France held positions with the city of San Francisco and the University of California at Berkeley.
Ms. France earned a bachelor's degree with honors in political economy of industrial societies from the University of California at Berkeley.
