Michael E. Chewning

Mike Chewning assumed the role of Senior Vice President, SPACEHAB Flight Services in April 2005.
His responsibilities include the management of this integral business unit along with its various NASA and commercial contracts.
Additionally, Mike pursues new space shuttle and International Space Station missions to more fully utilize and take advantage of SPACEHAB's unique modules and carriers.
A native Virginian, Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia and did post graduate study in business at George Washington University.
