Marcio Rocha Mello

Marcio Rocha Mello was the founder of PRIO SA, which was founded in 2008, where he held the title of Chairman in 2013.
Dr. Rocha Mello is also the founder of Brazilian Association of Petroleum Geologists.
He was the Chief Executive Officer at Petro Rio O&G Exploração e Produção de Petróleo Ltda.
Dr. Rocha Mello worked at Petróleo Brasileiro SA from 1982 to 2000, where he held the title of Head-Geochemistry Center in 1999.
He was the President of American Association of Petroleum Geologists.
Dr. Rocha Mello received his doctorate degree from the University of Bristol in 1989 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Brasília in 1976.
