Mr. Leo J.
Zatta, CPA MBA, is Chief Financial Officer at RD Legal Funding LLC.
Prior to joining RD Legal Funding in September 2011, he was a partner at the accounting firm Wiss & Company, LLP, where he specialized in forensic accounting and valuation.
Mr. Zatta is also Chairman of the Board of Team Walker, a non-profit organization that assists disadvantaged children in Jersey City.
Mr. Zatta attained his MBA in Finance, Masters of Science in Taxation, and BS in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
He is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and Florida, as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
In addition, Mr. Zatta is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).
