McTavish is the founder of Summit Capital Partners LP, established in 1998, where he holds the title of Managing Partner.
He is also the founder of Summit Capital LLC, founded in 2003, where he serves as Principal.
Mr. McTavish is currently working as an Independent Director at Millennium Sustainable Ventures Corp.
since 2015.
He is also a Director at Institutional Real Estate, Inc., a Member at the University of Pennsylvania, a Member at The Urban Land Institute, and a Member at the Pension Real Estate Association.
