Rubenstein is currently a Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, a Principal at the International Bar Association, a Vice President at the Jewish Board of Family & Children's Services, Inc., a Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners Ltd., the President-Elect (starting in 2020) of The International Academy of Estate & Trust Law, a Principal at the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel, and a Fellow at The New York Bar Foundation.
In the past, Mr. Rubenstein served as the Chairman-Trust & Estate Division at UJA-Federation of New York, the Chairman-Trust & Estate Law Section at the New York State Bar Association, and as a Principal at the American Bar Association.
He also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Brooklyn Law School and served as the President of The Irvington Institute for Immunological Research.
Mr. Rubenstein obtained his graduate degree from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York in 1979 and his undergraduate degree from the same institution in 1976.
