Brower was the founder of Soles Brower Smith & Co. established in 1994, where he held the title of Managing Director.
Currently, he is the Director of Greensboro Community Swim Association and the Director of Miriam P.
Brenner Children's Museum.
Previously, he worked as the Managing Director & Head-Corporate Advisory at Cary Street Partners LLC, Director at Cary Street Partners Financial LLC, VP-High Yield Corporate Finance Department at Citibank NA (New York), and Principal at HSBC USA, Inc. Mr. Brower earned his undergraduate degree in 1981 and his MBA in 1986, both from the University of Virginia.
