Stieven is Senior Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager at Central Trust Co. (Missouri).

He served as a Senior Portfolio Manager for AG Edwards Trust Company.
He continues to serve as an adjunct Full Professor at several St. Louis colleges, and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S.
Air Force.
He received his undergraduate degree from Parks College of Saint Louis University, a graduate degree from Air Force Institute of Technology and a graduate degree from Central Michigan University.
