John McGrath

John McGrath is the founder of McGrath Investment Management LLC.
He is currently working as the Co-Chief Investment Officer & EVP-Strategy at Apartment Income REIT LP and as the Senior Vice President at Real Estate Associates Ltd. V.
In the past, he has worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Real Estate Associates Ltd. (California), National Partnership Investments Corp., and as the Senior Vice President at Real Estate Associates Ltd. II, III, IV, VI, and VII.
He has also worked as the Senior Vice President at Apartment Investment & Management Co., National Tax Credit Investors II, National Tax Credit Partners LP, and as the Co-Chief Investment Officer & EVP-Strategy at Apartment Income REIT Corp.
Mr. McGrath holds an MBA degree from the University of Oxford and an undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
