Harald Hansen

Harald Hansen has been a Director of Crystal River Capital, Inc. since February 2005.
He served as Chief Executive Officer of First Union National of Georgia since 1987 and was Chairman from 1989 to 1996.
Mr. Hansen was Executive Vice President for the General Banking Group of First National Bank of Georgia.
He is a Director of Magnet Communication, Inc., Georgia Commerce Bank and Wachovia Corp.
Mr. Hansen is a Board Member of Atlanta Symphony, Midtown Alliance and the United States Disabled Athletes Fund.
He is a Trustee and Vice Chairman of Oglethorpe University.
Mr. Hansen is President of Ashville School and a Trustee of the Tull Foundation.
He was a Colonel of the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
Mr. Hansen received a BS from Duke University.
