Eric Soyer

Eric Soyer is currently the Deputy CEO, Chief Financial & Operating Officer at PHAXIAM Therapeutics SA since 2023.
He is also currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Maat Pharma SA since 2024.
Previously, Mr. Soyer worked as the Chief Financial Officer & Managing Director at EDAP TMS SA from 2012 to 2015.
He also held positions as the Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer at April SAS, Director, Chief Operating & Financial Officer at ERYTech Pharma SA, and Managing Director at EDAP TMS France SAS. Additionally, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Medica SA from 2005 to 2006 and as the Controller & Cost Accountant at Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin SCA from 1991 to 1999.
He also worked as a Financial Controller & Cost Accountant at Michelin Group.
Mr. Soyer's education includes an MBA from the University of Kansas in 1989, an MBA from École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris in 2004, and an undergraduate degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Clermont-Ferrand in 1989.
