Prior to Wagner Bowman Management, Mr. Bowman founded Bowman Financial Management Company, Inc. in 1978 after 22 years at T.
Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He served in a variety of executive roles at T.
Rowe Price Associates, advancing to the the postition of President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Bowman holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Loyola College of Maryland.
He has also completed advanced graduate studies in finance at Harvard and Stanford Universities.
Mr. Bowman has served in the United States Navy for several decades in assignments including teaching at the US Naval Academy and commanding the largest Naval Reserve Intelligence Area in the country.
He currently holds the rank of Captain in the US Naval Reserve.
Mr. Bowman continues to serve in charitable, educational and professional organizations such as the Navy Mutual Aid Association, the University of Baltimore Educational Foundation and President Bush's Presidential Business Commission.
