David Talley

David Talley is a Partner and Director of Property Management for Childress Klein Properties, Inc. and a Member of Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, Inc. as well as the Institute of Real Estate Management.
He joined Childress Klein Properties in 1984 and served as Senior Property Manager from 1989 to 1999, Property Manager from 1988 to 1989, an Assistant Property Manager from 1986 to 1988, as well as Construction Coordinator from 1984 to 1986.
Mr. Talley was a Director of the Building Owners & Management from 1993 to 1994.
He received a BA degree from the University of North Carolina in 1983.
