Catherine Xu

Ms. Xu serves as a Senior Director of Finance and Accounting at BluArc Capital.
Prior to joining BlueArc, Ms. Xu was a tenured executive with UBS in their New York/Stamford Regional for over 21 years.
As an Executive Director of the Costs and Compensation team, she was responsible for P&L and Compensation across all business units in the America.
In this role, she led a team of more than 30 employees, overseeing advisor’s compensation and meeting financial targets while adhering to compliance with IFRS and US GAAP regulations.
In her long career with UBS, Ms. Xu also had extensive fund accounting responsibilities as she managed the operational aspects of direct investments, private equity funds, fund of funds and co-investment leverage funds.
Ms. Xu started her career with KPMG in Boston after receiving her B.S in Accounting from Northeastern University.
