Bart Kwist

Mr. Bart Kwist, was General Manager of Solvay Duphar in the Netherlands, an integrated pharmaceutical company, until 1991.
Following this position he moved to the Head Office of Solvay S.A. in Brussels and became a member of the management team of the Pharmaceuticals Sector of Solvay, responsible for business development, M&A and licensing.
He set up a number of deals with international companies including Johnson & Johnson, Galderma, Merck, Eli Lilly & Co. as well as ArQule, Inc., Cadus Corp.
and Innogenetics.
Earlier, he held various management functions in The Netherlands, the UK and France with British Petroleum and Elf Aquitaine.
