Andy Strickland

Presently, Andy Strickland holds the position of Partner at Palatine Private Equity LLP.
He is also on the board of Acora Ltd. Mr. Strickland previously held the position of Principal at Convex Capital LLP and Principal at Clearwater Corporate Finance Ltd. Mr. Strickland received an undergraduate degree from The University of Nottingham.
I joined Palatine in 2013 having worked in M&A since 2005.
My M&A and investing experience has been focussed around technology and professional services businesses.
I lead our technology sector focus at Palatine.
I strive to ensure that all management teams work in an environment that provides them with all the tools they need to succeed and allows their employees to develop, flourish and most importantly enjoy their jobs.
I believe that the people strategy of a business is the key to successful growth.
As a Partner I have seen the challenges high growth businesses face in implementing a successful people strategy and have the experience to assist in supporting organisations by sharing my experiences and knowledge with other teams.
Outside of work, when not being dragged around the park by my kids I enjoy watching Barnsley FC, playing old boys cricket, golf, cycling, and pretending I’m better at cooking than I am!
