They then apply their proprietary valuation model, DCF, which is based on fundamental analysis. The final step of the process is a comparison of the changes undergone by companies, their quality and their market evaluation. Danske-Finland 's fixed-income investment philosophy also aims to exploit market inefficiencies and consists of a top-down and bottom-up research process combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
