Ajay Kalsi was the founder of Indus Gas Ltd. (founded in 2008) where he held the title of Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director, and Phoenix International Ltd. (founded in 1987) where he held the title of Director.
Currently, he is a Director at Focus Energy Ltd. (since 2005), Spartan Agro Industries Ltd., Sasoon Agencies Pvt Ltd., and Multidot Entertainment Ltd. (since 2000).
He previously held Director positions at Phoenix Cement Ltd., Phoenix Industries Ltd., Phoenix Real Time Services Ltd., Focus Oil & Gas Pvt Ltd., Phoenix Footwear Pvt Ltd., Phoenix Power Development Corp.
