Michel Favre

Michel Favre is currently the Chairman of Faurecia Automotive Holdings SAS, Faurecia Investments SAS, Faurecia Services Groupe SASU, Hella Geschäftsführungsgesellschaft mbH, and a Director of Rexel Sverige AB, Rexel New Zealand Ltd., Rexel International Projects Group, Inc., and Rexel RE SA. He previously served as the President, Chief Executive Officer & Head-Legal of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA, Group Chief Financial Officer & Executive VP of Forvia SE, Group Chief Financial Officer & Executive VP of Rexel SA, Group Chief Financial Officer & Executive VP of Casino, Guichard-Perrachon SA, Finance Director of Altadis SA, and Group Chief Financial Officer of Altadis SA (France).
He was also a Director of Rexel Distribution SA, Rexel France SAS, and Elektroskandia Norge AS.
Mr. Favre received his undergraduate degree from École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris.
