Fellows is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Xcelience LLC since 2013.
Prior to this, he worked as the Vice President-Corporate Quality Assurance at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2004 to 2005.
He also worked as the Senior Vice President-Technical Operations at Cubist Pharmaceuticals LLC.
Before that, he was the VP-Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at DSM Life Sciences Products from 1995 to 2004.
Mr. Fellows completed his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University.
