Bernard C. Boyle

Brian Boyle has served as PDI’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 1997.
Since joining PDI, he played an instrumental in role in developing the financial infrastructure of PDI from private company status to that of a public company Brian has been involved in all the contract negotiations between PDI and its clients and acquisitions.
He has advocated and implemented numerous procedures that have provided financial benefits to the field force population.
Additionally, Brian has initiated strategic innovations that have increased our business development activities.
Prior to joining PDI, Brian founded BCB Awareness, Inc. in 1990 – a firm that provided management advisory services to the Company, among others – and served as its President until 1997.
During that period he was also a partner of the CPA firm Boyle & Palazzolo Partners.
From 1982 through 1990, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of William Douglas McAdams, Inc. Brian began his career with the audit staff of the international accounting firm, Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), from 1966 through 1971.
Brian received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Manhattan College and a MBA in Corporate Finance from New York University He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
