Zheng Yang

Zheng Yang is a Member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2005.
He is also a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Principal at the Accounting Society of China.
Mr. Yang previously worked as a Non-Executive Director at Sino-Ocean Group Holdings Ltd. from 2011 to 2016.
He was also a Director at China Life Asset Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Yang served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Molex LLC in 2005.
From 2005 to 2016, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Vice President at China Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Mr. Yang also worked as the Chief Financial Officer & Vice President at New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Mr. Yang holds an MBA from Northeastern University, which he obtained in 2000.
He completed his undergraduate degree at Beijing University of Technology in 1993.
Currently, Mr. Yang is still a Member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a Principal at the Accounting Society of China.
