He previously held positions such as Senior Director of Purchasing & Transportation at Monsanto Co., Director at Institute for Supply Management, Vice President of Purchasing & Supply Management at Sealy, Inc., Chief Purchasing Officer at MeadWestvaco Corp., Manager of Direct Material Sourcing at Alcon Laboratories, Inc., and Chief Procurement Officer at Anheuser-Busch InBev SA. He was also the Chief Sustainability & Procurement Officer at Anheuser-Busch InBev SA from 2009 to 2021 and the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Keurig Dr Pepper, Inc. in 2021-2022.
Mr. Milikin holds an MBA from Texas Christian University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
