Tom Godfrey

Mr. Tom Godfrey is Chief Executive Officer at IBI Corporate Finance Ltd. He joined IBI in 1989, was appointed Director in April 1999, Joint Managing Director in May 2008 and Chief Executive in May 2011.
He has handled many of the most significant corporate transactions in Ireland and has also advised many State and Semi-State agencies, including Dublin Airport Authority, Bord Gáis, Aer Lingus, the Department of Finance, the Department of Enterprise, Trade & Employment, SFADCo, Coillte, ICC, ComReg and the European Commission.
Mr. Godfrey graduated with first class honours BComm and MBA degrees from University College Dublin.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
