Toby Hoden

Toby Hoden is Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, and a Member of ING Investment Management Americas.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of ING US Financial Services.
Mr. Hoden joined ING in 1998 as Chief Marketing Officer of ING Funds.
Prior to his current position, he was Chief Marketing Officer of ING Investment Products Distribution, Head of Product and Distribution Marketing for ING USFS, and Head of Retail Marketing.
He was Head of Product Management for OppenheimerFunds.
Mr. Hoden held various senior marketing roles at Citibank and the Chase Manhattan Bank.
He worked at the US Department of Commerce.
Mr. Hoden received a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business of Duke University.
