Groff is Secretary, Vice President and General Counsel of BAX Global, Inc. She is a Member of the State Bar of California and Transportation Lawyers Association.
Prior to joining BAX in April 2000 as Assistant General Counsel, Ms. Groff was a Partner at Porter, Groff and Lodwick.
She has 12 years of experience in defense counsel for domestic and international air, motor, rail, and water carriers, as well as transportation insurers.
She received a JD degree from the Loyola School of Law in 1984.
